Here at Constant Spring we believe that knowing where our food comes from is important. We also believe that supporting out local economy is important because these are the people that support us. All of the meat that we serve is grown locally, without hormones or antibiotics. Our greens and vegetables are purchased from local organic farmers whenever available, and the items we cannot get locally are purchased from an organic supplier.
